As a software architect, you will shape how our clients design, build, and run their software, and you will help them make the right technical decisions along the way.
What you will do
- Design full-stack application architectures, from user interface to backend services and cloud infrastructure
- Define architecture patterns, API designs, and standards for quality, security, and maintainability
- Choose the right technologies and cloud services, and explain the trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders
- Take part in hands-on implementation where needed, building proof-of-concepts and critical components
- Assess and modernize existing software landscapes, including cloud migrations
- Take part in pre-sales and client discussions, and help grow Teamit’s software competence
We hope you have:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including solid experience in software architecture or senior development roles
- Strong front-end skills with React.js
- Strong back-end skills in one or more of the following: Java, Node.js, or Python
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid knowledge of architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven design, and API design (REST, GraphQL)
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, containers, and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with application security, scalability, and observability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both developers and business decision-makers
- A desire to develop your own skills along with the growing company

Remote work: Possibility for up to 100% remote work depending on the client project.

Two different salary models to choose from:
Billing-based salary (50% of client billing)
OR
Fixed monthly salary, ranging from €6,000 to €8,000
