As a data architect, you will shape how our clients collect, store, govern, and use their data, and you will help them make the right technical decisions along the way.
What you will do
- Design modern data platform architectures (data warehouse, data lake, lakehouse) for client needs
- Define data models, integration patterns, and standards for quality, security, and governance
- Choose the right technologies and cloud services, and explain the trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders
- Assess and modernize existing data landscapes, including cloud migrations
- Take part in pre-sales and client discussions, and help grow Teamit’s data competence
We hope you have:
- 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including solid experience in data architecture or senior data engineering roles
- Proven experience designing data solutions on a cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (e.g. dimensional, Data Vault) and data warehouse/lakehouse architecture
- Hands-on experience with several of the following: Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, ETL/ELT tooling, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools
- Excellent Python skills and an understanding of CI/CD and DataOps practices
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and metadata management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both developers and business decision-makers
- A desire to develop your own skills along with the growing company

Remote work: Possibility for up to 100% remote work depending on the client project.

Two different salary models to choose from:
Billing-based salary (50% of client billing)
OR
Fixed monthly salary, ranging from €6000 to €8000
