Senior GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a senior GenAI Engineer to strengthen our growing AI capability within Teamit’s Ailandai AI business ecosystem. In this role, you will design, build and scale enterprise-grade generative AI solutions — from architecture to production.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Designing and implementing scalable GenAI solutions
· Building RAG pipelines, AI agents and LLM-powered applications
· Integrating AI into enterprise systems and business workflows
· Deploying and maintaining AI services in Azure cloud environments
· Ensuring observability, security and responsible AI practices
· Collaborating with clients and internal experts to turn business needs into technical solutions
· You will work at the intersection of AI engineering, cloud architecture and real customer impact.
Must Haves:
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI
· LLM applications, RAG architectures, semantic search and AI agents
· Ability to take solutions from proof-of-concept to production
Modern LLM tooling
· Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent
· Integration of OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
· Experience with tracing tools (e.g. LangSmith, Langfuse or equivalent)
Strong backend engineering skills
Experience with agentic engineering (with tools like Cursor or similar)
Solid software engineering background
· Several years of professional development experience
· Ability to take ownership of architectural decisions
Fluent English and strong communication skills
· Ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
· Azure, AWS or GCP experience
· Microsoft AI Foundry

• Full-time (37.5h/week)
• Possibility for part-time work with an 80% allocation (30h/week)
Remote work
Possibility for up to 100% remote work depending on the client project
Language requirements
Fluent Finnish and English skills are essential for success in the position
Two different salary models to choose from
• Billing-based salary (50% of client billing)
• OR a fixed monthly salary, ranging from €5000 to €7500/month
