Teamit Recipe for Success

Sauce, pasta and tomatoes on a table.

As we wrapped up 2024, Teamit received some remarkable news through our satisfaction surveys. Using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a measurement that ranges from -100 to +100 – our employees rated us at +92 (eNPS), while our customers gave us +90 (NPS). To put these numbers in perspective: scores above +50 are considered excellent, and anything above +70 is world-class. Reaching +90 puts us in truly rare company – we’ve managed to create something unique for both our customers and Teamitians.

Our employee NPS of +92 and customer NPS of +90 can only mean one thing: our customers and employees are exceptionally happy.

I believe that organizations are like chefs – each has their own recipe for success. While the main ingredients are similar across workplaces – interesting work, fair compensation, great colleagues – it’s how you combine them and what unique elements you add that creates something distinctive. Just as every restaurant has its own special touch, every workplace develops its own unique culture and character.

Much like skilled chefs, successful organizations know that while the basic ingredients matter, it’s their unique way of bringing everything together that makes the real difference.

As Head of People and Culture at Teamit, I’d like to share our recipe for success with you, instead of keeping it as a family recipe. What has led us to these exceptional satisfaction scores?

Our recent employee survey reveals the key ingredients that make Teamit special.

At our core, we’re driven by a passion for success. We maintain a laser focus on creating customer value while deliberately keeping processes and hierarchies minimal. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals – each consultant bringing at least eight years of experience to the table. Yet despite this deep expertise, we’ve preserved the approachable, relaxed atmosphere of a small company.

What sets us apart is our commitment to transparency and fairness, particularly in how we approach compensation. We offer our consultants choice and flexibility through our innovative salary model. At Teamit, everyone can select between a fixed monthly salary or an invoicing-based model where compensation is directly tied to client billing. Even better, consultants can switch between these models every twelve months if they want.

Our approach to compensation reflects our wider philosophy: trust our people, offer them choices, and recognize their contributions fairly and transparently.

The Teamit Difference

When you look at these ingredients – skilled professionals, minimal bureaucracy, transparent compensation, and a genuinely caring culture – our high satisfaction scores make sense. Happy employees create happy customers. But what makes these ingredients work so well together at Teamit?

It’s not about having a secret sauce – it’s about how we bring these elements together every day. Our success comes from staying true to who we are: a community of professionals who value openness, expertise, and genuine human connections.

That’s our recipe for success: taking fundamental ingredients that matter to people and combining them in a way that’s authentically Teamit.
