The Numbers Don’t Lie

Let’s start with something we’re incredibly proud of: our employee Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +92. For those unfamiliar with NPS, it measures how likely people are to recommend their workplace to others, on a scale from -100 to +100. To put this in perspective, scores above +50 are considered excellent and anything above +70 is world-class. Our score of +92 puts us in truly rare company.

What Makes Our Model Different?

As far as we know, no other consultation companies in Finland have implemented quite the same approach to compensation. Here’s how it works:

Two Flexible Options

All Teamit, consultants can choose between two compensation models:

1. Fixed Monthly Salary

  • Salary range between €4,500-€8,000 per month for current open positions
  • Predictable income regardless of client billing

2. Invoicing-Based Monthly Salary

  • You receive 50% of customer billing as your genuine gross salary (Teamit covers employer’s social security contributions)
  • Guaranteed minimum salary of €3,268/month when there’s no billing
  • Sick leave compensation based on your previous 6-month average
  • Holiday pay calculated from average earnings in the previous holiday period

The best part? You can switch between these models every 12 months, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your current life situation.

Performance Bonuses

Beyond the base salary, both compensation models include performance incentives:

  • Customer satisfaction bonus when your feedback is at least 4/5
  • €3,000 recruitment bonus when you help bring great talent to the team
  • €3,000 new assignment bonus for bringing new customer assignments to Teamit

Our flexible approach extends beyond just how we pay our people. We offer:
