At Teamit, continuous learning is part of how we stay ahead in software development and AI. The GenAI learning journey continues as our internal Teamit GenAI Certification Program has already progressed through the Associate and Advanced levels, and now it was time for the Pro level training aimed at our technical consultants.
The steps in our GenAI journey so far:

Over the past two weeks, our consultants have been sharpening our GenAI edge and building stronger GenAI expertise through hands-on Pro level training sessions focused on practical AI-assisted development. The participation rate reached an impressive 85%, showing strong interest and commitment despite busy client project schedules.
The training program reflects Teamit’s culture of learning, experimenting, advancing, and investing in real GenAI expertise. It is also a concrete way of staying ahead with GenAI as AI continues to reshape software development work.
