Lightning Lunches: A New Format for Sharing Knowledge at Teamit

We recently introduced a new internal knowledge-sharing concept at Teamit: Lightning Lunches.

The idea is simple. During lunchtime sessions, Teamitians share focused insights in short presentations lasting between 5 and 20 minutes. The topics range from client work and practical methodologies to personal areas of expertise and new skills developed along the way.

To kick off the series, Lauri Suomalainen shared how he applied newly acquired facilitation skills to run a strategy workshop for a client. The session offered a concrete example of how continuous learning translates directly into better client outcomes.

Next in line is Patrik Vaskivuori, who will present his approach to testing thousands of API endpoints in a structured and sustainable way. The session focuses on combining scale, quality and practicality in demanding testing environments.

Lightning Lunches are designed to make knowledge sharing lightweight, practical and accessible. By creating space for short, focused exchanges, we aim to strengthen collective expertise and encourage continuous learning across the organization.
