Development of digital service channels in public sector

Challenge: Our customer needed a partner for long-term development of their digital service channels.

Solution: We provide the customer with scalable teams, who work individually under the guidance of the customer’s Product Owners.

User Group: Consumer and corporate customers using the service channels for various purposes (requesting licenses, paying utilization fees, purchasing data etc.)

  • Our customer has selected us as their Frame Agreement partner for a multi-year period in developing their various digital B2B & B2C service channels.
  • The customer owns the service channels being developed and has assigned a Product Owner for each channel. Teamit provides the actual development teams working for each Product Owner.
  • The work is in practice carried out in close co-operation with the customer’s business stakeholders in ensuring the development meets both the customer’s and the end users’ needs.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Service design, UX/UI design
    • End to end web application development in different layers of the stack
    • Project Management / Scrum Master responsibilities
