Development of digital service channels in finance

Challenge: Our customer needed support in the continuous development of their digital service channels.

Solution: We sourced the necessary experts to complement the customer’s own development teams. The joint development work was initiated in 2020 and has been active since.

User Group: Consumer and corporate customers using the service channels for various purposes (daily banking, applying for loans, purchasing insurance, utilizing investment services etc.

  • Finland’s biggest bank needed support for their internal development teams in the continuous development of their various digital B2B & B2C service channels.
  • The customer owns the service channels being developed and has assigned a Product Owner for each channel. Teamit provides the actual development teams working for each Product Owner.
  • Teamit’s experts work in close co-operation with the customer’s various business stakeholders and development teams in ensuring the development meets both the customer’s and the end users’ needs.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Service design, UX/UI design
    • End to end web application development in different layers of the stack
    • Quality assurance (manual and automated)
    • Project Management / Scrum Master responsibilities
