Teamit has appointed a new Board to support the company’s next phase of growth. The Board brings together highly experienced leaders with strong expertise in the IT industry, Generative AI, and international business.
The Chair of the Board is Katri Harra, joined by Board members Pia Erkinheimo, Jani Kaarlejärvi, and Teamit CEO Jussi Heikkilä. Together, the Board provides strategic guidance and a future-focused perspective as rapid technological change continues to reshape the industry.
Katri Harra is a seasoned board professional specializing in growth, renewal, and strategy in times of technological disruption. She has led major transformations, built new companies in Finland and Sweden, and advised large Nordic organisations.
Jani Kaarlejärvi brings extensive experience in growth finance, financial structuring, and international investor relations, with a strong focus on bridging business between Finland and Switzerland.
Pia Erkinheimo is a digital innovation and transformation leader with broad experience across AI, data-driven solutions, platform business models, and software–hardware innovation.
