We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in GenAI.

We hope you have 1-2 years of experience in the IT field, especially with or strong interest in generative AI
Required skills:
- Understanding of AI Concepts such as RAG, semantic search, LLM orchestration, Fine-tuning, chat-based interfaces
- Hands-on expertise with some of the following: Co-Pilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Platform
- Experience of systematic testing with tracing systems like LangSmith/Langfuse/Langwatch and guardrail concepts
- Basic understanding of databases such as relational, NoSQL, and vector databases (e.g. Postgres, pgvector, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with LLM tools and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Openrouter, N8N
- Rapid prototyping of user interfaces with GenAI tools (eg. Lovable, bolt.new)
- GenAI IDE assisted development (eg. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cline)
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
- Basic understanding of LLM families from one or more of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta
- Some experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub or GitLab
- Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub or GitLab
- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in the following:
- Java & C#
- Robot Framework
- Client-facing consulting and training

Working hours:
- Full-time (37.5h/week)
- Possibility for part-time work with an 80% allocation (30h/week)

- Fluent Finnish and English skills are essential for success in the position.
Two different salary models to choose from:
- Billing-based salary (50% of client billing) OR
- A fixed monthly salary, ranging from €4000 to €5000/month.
