In December 2025 Teamit delivered a workshop and platform evaluation report work for Atop-Tieto Oy.
Atop-Tieto is the market leader in software for cleaning, property maintenance and professonal food service industries in Finland.
Atop-Tieto is working to modernise their application stack, and ahead of that work chose to employ Teamit’s services on surveying possibilities, the benefits and risks of different cloud platforms, and managed services ranging from global hyperscalers to smaller local vendors.

During the workshop, we went through our needs and expectations in detail. The Teamit consultants really delved into our expectations and needs and delivered us a thorough analysis of various cloud platforms including architectural recommendations and concrete cost estimates.
The report strengthened our vision and gives us a solid foundation for making informed decisions as we move forward with our modernization journey.

What we did
Teamit compared different platforms and services the software requires including computing resources and solutions, networking and load balancing, databases, object storages, and monitoring solutions, offering architectural recommendations and advice. Additionally, Teamit offered calculations and estimates on the costs of different service setups, weighing in on Atop-Tieto’s own resourcing, maintenance overhead and service reliability.
The whole body of work consisted of one half a day workshop including two Teamit consultants and about a week for research and reporting. In conclusion, Teamit delivered a comprehensive 38-page report to aid Atop-Tieto’s future decision making.
