We are looking for a Junior GenAI Engineers with strong experience in GenAI.

We hope you have 1-2 years of experience in the IT field.
Required skills:
· Understanding of AI Concepts such as RAG, semantic search, LLM orchestration, Fine-tuning, chat-based interfaces and desire to learn more
· Understanding of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent and desire to learn more
· Integration of OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
· Experience with agentic engineering (with tools like Cursor or similar)
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in the following:
· Azure, AWS or GCP experience

Possible workplaces depending on your location:
· Finland: Capital region or Tampere
Working hours:
· Full-time (37.5h/week)
· Possibility for part-time work with an 80% allocation (30h/week)
Remote work:
· Possibility for up to 100% remote work depending on the client project
Language requirements:
· Fluent Finnish and English skills are essential for success in the position.
Two different salary models to choose from:
· Billing-based salary (50% of client billing) OR
· A fixed monthly salary, ranging from €2500 to €3500/month.
